Bozeman is a small college town (pop: 25,000) with a great selection of
accommodations and restaurants. Considered the cultural center of Montana,
Bozeman's active nightlife and vibrant community attract many of our
guests. Bozeman is also centrally located in regards to many of the rivers
that we fish and is a great location to base a Montana fly fishing trip out of.
The Madison, Yellowstone, Gallatin, Boulder, East Gallatin, Jefferson,
Livingston Spring Creeks, Milesnick Spring Creeks, and more are all within
an hours drive. Bozeman is hard to top for
both diversity of fishing and apres fishing dining and nightlife.

Ennis is a small, quaint Western town located a short 45 minutes from the
Bozeman Airport. With a population just over 1000 people, Ennis a great
place to "cowboy up" and experience the beauty of the Madison Valley.
The town is located on the Madison River and is an ideal location to base a
fishing trip for those looking for a more rustic feel. It is also
the ideal area for those that know they will be fly fishing the Madison River
for the majority of their stay. In addition to the Madison, there are several
other good fisheries like the Ruby, Willow Creek and the Jefferson within a
short drive from Ennis.

Livingston is a small Western railroad town with a terrific downtown and
the best Fourth of July rodeo in Montana. With a population of just over
5000 people, it blends the Western small town feel with some great
restaurants and pubs. Livingston is just a short 30 minute drive from the
Bozeman airport and is located on the Yellowstone River. This is a area to
base a mid summer or fall fishing trip out of, especially for those that have
fallen in love with the great dry fly fishing on the Yellowstone and the
Boulder. Paradise Valley is located upstream of Livingston on route to
Yellowstone Park. With the Absoraka mountains towering overhead,
Paradise Valley is home to some of the world's most breathtaking views.

Big Sky is a year round resort town located one hour from the Bozeman
Airport. Big Sky is most famous for its world class skiing, but its location
along the Gallatin River also affords great trout fishing. The
Madison river is also an hour and twenty minute drive away for those that
want to experience a more traditional Montana float fishing trip.  
Big Sky is a little bit of a drive from some of our popular
fisheries, but it is popular with many of our guests that want to experience
other Montana activities like horse back riding and white water rafting in a
beautiful mountain setting.

Known for its exceptional dry fly fishing, the Missouri River is a destination that anglers hold close to their hearts. A tailwater by definition and the world's largest spring creek by appearances, the Mighty Mo is an anglers dream 
Prolific hatches of caddis, blue wing olives, tricos, and pale morning duns provide the Missouri's wild trout with the nutrition necessary to become quite large and strong! Rainbow and brown trout average between 15" - 17", but many grow to the 22"+ class. There are lots of them - over 4,000 per mile. Casting tiny dry flies to large wild trout is the champagne of fly fishing - It's what the Missouri is all about.
